Partnering with Farmers
Veris Environmental, LLC provides land application services for all forms of liquid and cake biosolids. In addition, Veris has also land applied manure, compost, pellets, septage and paunch.

By using the equipment best suited for the product, Veris evenly land applies all forms of organic residuals in a manner advantageous to our farmer partners. We own and operate equipment suitable for applying liquid or dewatered products.
The Right Application
Veris takes great care in determining the appropriate agronomic application rate for each site. By using the equipment best suited for each project, Veris can apply the material evenly and in a manner that is agriculturally acceptable to the land owner.
No-Till Fields
To better serve our farmer partners, we own specialized equipment that allows us to meet incorporation requirements on no-till fields.

Certified Personnel to Meet Your Land Needs
We take our responsibility for compliance with local, State and Federal regulations controlling residuals management very seriously. Our staff contains Certified Professional Agronomists and Crop Advisors who are focused on obtaining land application site approvals, sampling residuals streams to assure they are suitable for the management method, and preparing regulatory reports.
Standards
Products will be applied at agronomic rates to fit the yield goal of the next crop to be grown.
Veris Environmental will comply with all federal, state and local regulations as part of the program.
Soil samples will be collected prior to fertilization to determine nutrient requirements.
The soil samples will be provided to the farmer for nutrient management planning and recording.
Fertilizer Reports will be sent to the farmer after completion of application. These detail the exact amount of material applied, where and when it was applied and what amount of nutrients where applied.
A site inspection of the application site by a staff agronomist will be regularly conducted during application to confirm that application is being done properly.
All materials will be applied in a manner that conserves the most nitrogen possible for the farmers’ use at agronomic application rates.
All liquid materials will be injected unless cropping, i.e., pastureland, prohibit it.
Cake biosolids will be incorporated whenever site conditions allow.
A periodic informational letter will be sent to each farmer documenting trends, research and Veris Environmental’s land application activities.

Report Compilation in Moments – Not Days
We adopted a database program that electronically imports our lab data and load tickets, calculates agronomic rates, and projects the number of loads for each site. All this information is stored in a way that enables us to electronically compile reports in a matter of moments.
